The Disability Services Advocacy Team support with raising awareness of the different Disability Services benefits and grants. These are Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB).

Personal Independence Payment.

This session covers what PIP is, eligibility criteria and the customer journey when making a claim, including the assessment process. There will be opportunity for Q&A at the end of the session. Capita complete PIP assessments for Wales and central England and Independent Assessment Services cover the remainder of England.
