Feedback or fed up?

Over the summer, Parkinson’s UK carried out a survey to gauge the level of communication between Parkinson’s patients and medical researchers.

Two significant findings emerged from the responses, which have been compiled into the poster below. The first is that nearly three quarters of respondents received no feedback from the research teams they worked with. It comes as no surprise, then, that the second outcome was that more than 80% of these respondents said they would be more likely to take part in further research if they could be sure of more communication with the researchers involved.
