11.00 Sunday 1st October – Haven Centre, CRAWLEY DOWN – Singing Group Trial Session
This is a taster session so no previous singing experience is needed. Karen Brown will be running the class along with several member’s of her choir and they have promised a varied selection of songs from different eras.

Vocal exercise is important for those with Parkinson’s and it is claimed that singing helps to improve nerve plasticity in your brain and also helps improve your memory so come along and have fun with your fellow member’s.

Please let Ian Beaumont know if you are intending to come along so that we have an indication of numbers.
